A civilian bystander recorded a group of West Side Regional Police officers in Larksville, Pennsylvania, kicking out a group of Black teenagers from a local park after they were accused of causing a disturbance at a local festival, even making a few arrests in the process and adding yet another pathetic example of the police criminalizing Black people for simply existing in public spaces.
