At least 45 people have been reported killed on Sunday across the Middle East, as Israel and Iran continue to trade fire.
Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed on Saturday in his office and no successor has yet been announced. Mourners have gathered in Tehran, while Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian has vowed ‘vengeance and revenge’ in response.
