The deadly shooting of a woman in the US city of Minneapolis by a federal immigration agent has once again roiled the streets. It comes years after the city sparked a series of nationwide protests following the killing of George Floyd, a Black man, by a white police officer. Once again, video of the incident has caused outrage across the US.
